Top advice for other product professionals:
In every sense of the phrase, “Get out there!!”  Get out to the market and understand it.  Get out to your customers and listen to them.  Get out to conferences with your peers and learn from them.  Get out to the industry and become a leader.  Just get out there!!

What you should be building can come only after you’ve accomplished this – then you can be sure you’re building the right thing, the right way.

Top question for other product professionals:
How on earth is Heinz still doing business with that ketchup bottle on the market?!  I’ll likely start a blog on this soon…
